Step 2: Keep your goals front and center

CEOs are growth-minded. They know exactly what they’re working toward and break it into manageable steps.

Big goals can feel scary—so break them down:

  • Launch a course: Outline modules → write content → create marketing → sell 5 seats

  • Hit six figures: Sign 5 clients → outsource tasks → organize systems → free up time

Then, turn those small goals into systems. Block calendar time, track progress, and celebrate wins, no matter how tiny. Every step forward is momentum.

This isn’t about yachts or offshore accounts—it’s about clarity, confidence, and smart decisions.

Start here:
